Q. How do I become a member?
A. You can sign up online through a secured online giving tool by clicking here. You can also download and print a contribution card by clicking here. Or, use the contribution card mailed to you to make your gift to the Princeton Varsity Club. To view your membership level, please click here.

 

Q. How long do I remain a member?
A. Membership is based upon the University fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). PVC members will receive all PVC mailings and invitations for events taking place during that academic year.

 

Q. I registered to be a part of the Alumni Database on the PVC website, but I do not have access to search the database - why?
A. Each registrant is verified by the Princeton University Office of Alumni & Donor Records and the PVC to ensure that they are a member of the Princeton University Athletics Community (current student-athlete, alumni, coach, benefactor, parent or Friend). The process is usually very quick and takes less than 24 hours to complete. Once you have been verified, you will be able to search the database and view Friends Pages.

 

Q. If I become a member, what does that mean?
A. Members receive a welcome letter, an official PVC lapel pin and PVC car decal. Members are invited to pre-game receptions, season coaches' luncheons, receive the PVC News and know that their contributions support programming that enhanced the experience of every Princeton student-athlete.

 

Q. If I donate to a Friends Group, am I automatically a member of the PVC?
A. No, but the PVC encourages all alumni to give to their Friends Group. PVC funds support broad-based initiatives that benefit all student-athletes. These include the newly renovated PVC Varsity Weight Room in Jadwin Gym, providing Princeton letter-sweaters to all graduating student-athletes, the PVC Freshman-Sophomore Welcome Barbecue, the PVC Senior Student-Athlete Awards Banquet, PVC Career Night & Mentoring Program as well as the Jake McCandless '51 PVC Speaker Series to name a few!

 

Q. If I register in the online PVC database, am I a member of the PVC?
A. No. You are a member of the online community, and can search for other members of the Princeton Athletics Community through the database. However, you do need to donate at the appropriate giving level to become a member of the PVC. Click here to donate now!
