Mindy Pang

Mindy Pang ’23 is a sophomore on the varsity women’s water polo team from Greenwich, CT. She plans to major in Psychology and pursue a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Before Princeton, she was involved in service with her local Meals-on-Wheels, as well as volunteering with several other organizations including the Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home and Clothes-to-Kids. She particularly loves teaching and working with children, and also spent time volunteering at her own childhood preschool, Family Centers, and at her local water polo club in a program for 4-7 year olds first learning how to play the sport. In high school, she served as a mentor in a mentorship program for middle-school girls, helped elementary and middle-school children improve foreign language skills through an oral proficiency program, and led an initiative that collected and organized lightly-used textbooks and other educational materials to redistribute to underprivileged students in need. Mindy is extremely excited to be a part of SASC and collaborate with fellow service-minded individuals to lead and coordinate projects, and be able to bring more opportunities to the greater student-athlete community at large.
